What we collect

Only what you send through the website forms: name, position, work email, phone (optional) and hotel or company; for a tailored proposal — the hotel details you choose to share (country, city, rooms, category, type, PMS, channels, systems, departments, modules, timeline, comments); for partner applications — company, market and level of interest; and the goals you picked.

Why

To answer your request, prepare a demo or a proposal for your hotel, or discuss a partnership. We do not sell or share your details for advertising.

Where it is processed

The website runs on HÓTICO's own server at IONOS. Form submissions are recorded in HÓTICO's CRM (Bitrix24).

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising trackers. Your goal selection is kept only in your own browser (local storage) so it can pre-fill the form. If you arrive through a link with campaign tags (utm_…), those tags are kept there for 90 days and sent with your request, so we know which campaign brought it. If analytics are added later, they will only run after your consent.
